I dont know if you have come across Semco before but they operate along the same lines you are speaking of.. Could definitely be a source of inspiration for workplace freedom and efficiency for yourself and Silverchip moving forward.

		<description>As Liam knows this is what we run on. Productivity is high and actually as the office is so relaxed I spend a good amount more time in. As a developer as soon as you start working for hours you&#039;ve lost the interest and you&#039;re not going to be an effective member of a team.</description>

		<description>Sounds interesting! Only issue I can see is some people believe they are paid for the number of hours they work, and feel anything beyond that constitutes overtime. That said, most engineers I know (including myself)  work til they either get bored or can go no further:-)</description>

		<description>Really nicely put! I see both sides as it can go horrible wrong with no effective &#039;veto&#039; but it just so happens that on our side the structured logical approach to a deadlock always forces the greater decisions to be taken.</description>
